no , ishigori has better portrayal and showing against sukuna
sukuna quite literally apologised for not going serious on ishigori
meanwhile jogo would have gotten clapped whenever sukuna wanted

Yeah nah.
They are same level imo w/o CT and Kashimo might be stronger with his CT.
Toji is far faster than Kashimo lol, Kashimo was matching Hakari meanwhile Toji is capable of reacting to Mach tier projectiles.
Only thing in Kashimo's (no CT) arsenal that can take Toji down is the Lightning Attack which is as fast as a Sure Hit effect due to it being at the speed of Lightning.
And it depends on if his CT is really powerful and whether it can be dealt with Inverted Spear of Heaven.
That's his Seance Command, that doesn't change that he was still fully aware of what he was doing.
If he wanted Megumi dead, he will do it in seconds - he defeated Gojo & Geto within minutes who were more powerful than "Grade 1" Megumi.
He was basically just playing with his food.
This dude is capable of reacting to Curse Naoya, whereas Jogo is solidly placed in Naobito/Naoya territory in terms of speed.
Naobito with 2 arms >~ Jogo in speed & Jogo/Naobito/Naoya are basically Snails for Toji.

Toji can damn near one shot even Disaster Curses with his Soul Splitter Katana with a clean strike - same treatment as Maki v. Curse Naoya.
