I didn't think of it as shaping his fire to create a new wing, what an awsome idea!
Also a cover story would be great, both of them have parts of their history that are yet untold, and a cover story could lead them to the final war in one piece, the one that was promised to be greater than Marineford. Not to mention all the new drawings of Alber's handsome face we will get, so I'm holding my fingers crossed for this.
I agree I want to see what happens post wano. And hopefully thr government doesn't find him

It would be interesting if they adopted Jack around when Yamato's born and they were sibling like in relationship. Also always love idea of babysitter King.
This idea is based on something. After all, King was the one who initiated the search for Yamato even now. In fact, I think the part of the plan where Yamato becomes shogun instead of Orochi might be King's idea as well. Surely he thought of a way to bring Yamato closer to her father, by trying to fulfill her dream of being Oden by appointing her shogun instead of Orochi. He presented his sword to kaido to behead Orochi as soon as he started speaking disrespectfully. I think King meant that Yamato might change things for the better for the people of the Flower Capital while becoming more loyal to Kaido, but Kaido added the idea that Onigashima should land on top of it and ruined King's strategy, creating the New Onigashima plan.

Sounds like an idea if it was his idea all along.

Ok, another thing I was thinking about regarding King's personality:
Wiki says: "King has a sadistic side to him, having been called a "torture-loving pervert" by Queen." Now do you agree with this sentence? I mean, we know Queen himself is sadistic, he enjoys torturing people with his plague bullets and making them play impossible survival games. Why would he call his fellow All Star sadistic to annoy him? I think he meant it the other way around, calling King a masochist because of his time at Punk Hazard and perhaps his durability in harsh environments. That would piss King off, don't you think?
Unlike other Beast Pirates members who seem to enjoy hurting others, King basically acts upon two principles:
1. Extreme loyalty to Kaido and filling his role as his right hand man, 2. Self-defense.
When he tried to kill Momonoske, it was not sadism but a strategy of taking down the enemy's leader to finish the war quickly. When he attacked his own crewmates, it was either for betraying the Beast Pirates or in self-defense, when he felt threatened because his mask was broken.
No doubt, King is ruthless, but is he really sadistic? what do you think?

I do think King is a little sadistic. In chapters 1032 and 1033, he was more or less toying with Zoro and openly mocked him once Enma acted up. Going so far as to ask if Zoro had all three swords before slamming into him.

IMO this is King playing with his food and enjoying himself

Thanks for sending me back to those chapters, to examine the fight again from this perspective. I enjoyed it.
So are you saying anyone who enjoys a good fight, hurting their opponent in the process, is a little sadistic? Was Luffy a little sadistic playing rope with Kaido, or taking his hands out of his eyes? Or was he simply enjoying a good fight, with an opponent he believed deserved being hurt? Is it the same as enjoying the other person's pain?

I read King's actions here as him enjoying the domination of Zoro, partially because Zoro had cut his mask twice at this point. King up until then was very by the books and pragmatic but when Zoro was flailing in front of him like that, it seems like King decided to play around a lot more.

The entire "Jackpot" move from King was basically a cheeky way of having Zoro kill himself that he just barely survived.

I see now, so it's the domination part of sadism you claim King has, I can agree with that.

Him wanting to dominate just makes him even more hot in my eyes. Sorry, but this guy just is one big turn on for me.

However, what you said about it being a potshot at his time being tortured during his time with the government I think that would also check out. And again shows what a dick Queen can be especially if Queen himself helped out the government during his time as a captive.

Found this translated comic and this is something I imagine that King/Alber would have been like to his boss when he was younger. Heck with it, I could imagine him still being like that to him because let's be honest this man is an emotional wreck.

Queen is worse than King then.
It's as if he's telling King "you actually loved being tortured, right? You enjoyed it , right?"
