I took strength of arms to mean overall fighting capability and that Bananji was roughly equal to Renpa.
Kaishibou himself seemingly got hyped by Genpo as actually being stronger than Renpa.

Nah, Gyou'un kept his talons sharp, just like Ouki did when he retired for 7-8 years. We saw how Gaimou/Earl Shi were very much in their physical peaks (not mental, for earl shi), and they did nothing but rot in a prison cell for 14 years.

I'd still give a small edge to Gyou'un over both Bananji and Kaishibou in a fight for now, so I'd go with Gyou'un >= Bananji = Kaishibou. But they are really really close.
Not really. Gyou'un questioned whether his strength had halved, he did not make a statement that it had undoubtedly halved.

Even if Hara intends for Jin’s STR stat to be a substitute for his Archery stat (which I don’t think it is since characters like Kyou En have their own dedicated archery stat), Jin’s archery > Kaishibou’s martial strength…just, no

Well, I would say the most undeniably wrong stat is Shouheikan and Wategi both being Strength 90 since we saw the neg diff result of that fight. It is like Hara went out of his way to see how dumb he could make these stats. Lol.
First thing I would do is chuck out the stupid 0-100 system. Hara basically has every decent fighter in the 90-100 range and somehow thinks that everybody being within 1/10 of a difference between each other should somehow result in humongous gaps in Strength. Lel.
Have a 0-5 system like what MHA has. 0-10 at most but certainly not 0-100. Lol.
