The only difference is King is way less characterized as of yet. Sorry, but I dont see it. Lots of people are called "lord" this arc. We'll see what happens, but King not guarding the sky would be ridiculously dumb because that was the whole role he had. Oda has a lot of common themes in arcs, but a character randomly acting out of character to show their true nature is not one of them. Katakuri literally is the only one so far.

First and most importantly, It’s not two different character speaking. Look at the speech bubble. When the speech bubbles are joined on to each other like that it means the same character is speaking. When two different characters are speaking the speech bubbles aren’t connected like that.
So it’s only one character speaking- or singing, as is more likely given there‘s music at the start. Meaning it’s Black Maria.
As for the general idea that King has a “merienda”, no. Really unnecessary to have the same character gag two arcs in a row with another YC1.

Yeah this is oda whi recrested Shanks /wb scene with kaido/BM scene where linlin asks YC1 to join him like shanks asked a YC1 too then the captains clash.
The same Oda who made King be and have Marco + shiryu + katakuri traits
....
Only Orochi , Fuku and Calamties are called Lords beside Kaido and Yamato
It can't be Jack and Queen nor Orochi and Fuku.
It's either King or some random dude

The “your alias?” And “that’s right” bubbles are separated, despite being right next to each other, so we can tell it’s a conversation, not a continual flow of dialogue.
It’s actually when we can’t see the characters that Oda needs to take the most care in separating speech bubbles, because he doesn’t have the option of using the tail of a speech bubble to indicate who is talking.
