Koby had in less than one year the same growth Luffy had since his 8s.

Koby growth is the biggest seen in the series. Maybe Crocodile had a bigger one?

Except it really isn't.

Luffy went from weaker than a Pacifista to Yonkou level. Koby went from fodder level to maybe low VA level at most which is being generous considering his rank is the same as fodder trash like Tashigi.

He went from fodder to being above most vice admirals.

To add he didn't have 2years to train since he also had to practice other marines things, learn to sail their ships, learn being diplomatic, had coursed and examines to go through. All of that took time out of his training. Hence why I think oda is going to "he was kidnapped route". It gives him time to focus on mostly 1 thing "get stronger"

people forget the fact that coby and ussop are the same both started as scared little shit, the only reason Coby became like this is because he didn't have luffy and the others , so he became more independent but his scrawny aura is still emanating.

Shut up. Usopp way more brave than Koby.

Koby didn't nothing until Luffy showed up.

Usopp was already threatning Luffy when he showed up. He faced Kuro's Pirates on his own because Luffy and Zoro missed their way(Zoro even got there first). And he beated Michael Jackson on his own. He also beated Chew on his own.

Koby never beated no one relevant on his own.
