Mihawk does not need to be a contender... that is for buggy. When it comes down to the end and who gets the one piece it will fall on zoro to defeat mihawk and make his captian the pk. Mihawk already put together that zoro has cast aside his ambition for the sake of luffy when asking to be trained by him. Yes zoro wants to be wss, but on top of that is making luffy pk this will be that moment.

How high are the chances Zoro never fights Mihawk with Oda making up some reason why it's nof necessary for becoming the WSS?

Always generally agreed that old legends like old Sengoku, old Rayleigh, and old Garp are below prime top tiers like Kaido, Shanks, admirals.

I don't think, I pretty much know.

No other BBP could put Garp in that state. We know Shiryu wasn't involved till the Stab because Garp just noticed him "small time impel down thug?" Meaning he didn't encounter him before that moment.

Garp and Kuzan were going at it, Garp probably sent Kuzan flying away again and in between, found room to toss the other BBP around too. Kuzan ofcourse kept coming back.

Peak headcanon, Garp has normal human durability like Whitebeard.

0 percent chance that will happen, zoro and Mihawk will fight. There is way to much in the story for it to happen.

That's always a possibility but why wouldn't Logia fruits have an awakening if the other classes do ?

I still like the idea of a blizzard that nerves Kuzan’s oponnents vision, movement and even observation Haki. Something like Logia awakening putting the user in the ideal environment for him to win the fight no matter where he is, which also directly causes a lot of environmental damage.

I would be surprised if there is even one between Akainu/Aokiji/Kizaru who doesn't have awakening. Oda is probably gonna show the full power of a top logia with Akainu vs Luffy, I'm not faithful about the others.

Mihawk's sole existence in the story is for zoro to beat him.

He is irrelevant to the search of onepiece,but not entirely done, as he's with Buggy who has diverted their agendas towards hunting for onepiece.

So inevitably Mihawk will have to ride this wave with buggy and Crocodile. As he rides this wave oda will weave a plot with him near EOS with zoro to beat him.



So just coz he's irrelevant to the goal doesn't make him irrelevant to the story and the plots that bind him with can directly connect to the hunt for onepiece.

Mihawk doesn't contradict himself at all , His Fight strategy is clear was fighting on the same level as his opponent that's why it if it was Kidd vs Mihawk ; it would have been hours of fight if not all .
