If we are SERIOUSLY acting like "One Piece is still a story with plot" is not an actual reason why Mihawk could obviously not fight Shanks during Marineford?

Why did Shanks in this world where plot (Oda) does not hold him back, who ESPECIALLY at this stage should have been orders of magnitude above Blackbeard, not just kill Teach in one-shot while arriving at Marineford? As a matter of fact, why does Shanks even bother Whitebeard and tell him to stop Ace?

He has future sight and was quick enough to blitz Akainu without him noticing. Are you about to tell me he could not have done that with a Blackbeard that was literally scared of Akainu and ran away from him and whom JUST got the quake powers?

Why has this fucking bum not already one-shot Teach casually and called it a day?

Glad you bring Higuma up. Shanks and his crew got caught of guard by a smoke bomb and it almost resulted in Luffys death. This idea that them being bums who can get caught lacking by backwater mountain bandits is okay because "Shanks got not ego" is not a valid excuse.

You lot would eviscerate Mihawk for similar anti-feats lets be real okay?

In Roger’s first Vivre Card he had no haki at all. Ditto for Kid. And Zoro‘s latest apparently doesn’t have it despite actually using it on panel?

The Vivre Cards aren’t very good and Oda’s not going to spoil future scenes in them. The only person who has CoC confirmed before using it is Sengoku, probably because Oda doesn’t have any plans on showing it in-series.

I'm glad you brought this up because it shows your bias.

You have no problem with Shanks not fighting Mihawk because doesn't have a ego. Yet, you have an issue with Mihawk not fighting or postposing his battles even though he is the WSS and doesn't have to prove himself. It's the challenger who must prove to be a worthy opponent for the champion.

If you got in th ring with the best boxer in the world and you couldn't hit him once while he's not even focusing on you for the match. Instead he was having a conversation with his wife. After fighting for a few minutes the champion says we're finishes later. Do you think the world will call the champion a fraud because he didn't beat you? Or do you think the world will laugh at you and say you're lucky the champion didn't take you serious?
