I think Linlin gets defeated this arc.

The Big Mom Pirates may no longer be considered an Emperor's crew Post Wano. I have around 3 reasons to believe this.

#1 Bounties
I think they kind of need to defeat Linlin because I expect them to end Wano with bounties above King. They may also get bounties above Zoro, and they would probably need around 2 billion each for that.

I don't think they will get credit for Kaido's downfall. I think the supermajority of the credit for Kaido's downfall goes to Luffy.

I expect Post Wano Luffy to be an official Fifth Emperor. I expect Post Wano Luffy to have a bounty around or above 3 billion.

Whatever is left over from Luffy's bounty will go to Zoro and/or Yamato IMO.

(ZKK, Yamato might Gamma Knife Kaido).

#2 Foreshadowing
CP 0 also ruminated on the implications of both Emperors falling:

This foreshadows that both Emperors will fall.

#3 Necessity
I cannot imagine Oda will do something as pointless as bringing Linlin to Wano if she doesn't fall here.

What was the point of Linlin's presence in Wano then? Why did we sit through so many chapters involving her in an already bloated arc?

In the grand scheme of things, how did her presence in the arc serve the narrative?

Linlin's presence in Wano having no broader purpose for the narrative seems like terrible writing to me.

Conclusions
Unlike Kaido, Linlin will not be killed, so she can still return for Elbaf if Oda has a purpose for her there.

The newspapers would report the defeat of Two Emperors by the Worst Generation. The fall in reputation might erode Linlin's status.

I am >= 60% confident that Linlin will be "defeated" in Wano. I will consider her to be defeated if she's depicted as such in the story or credible characters say so:
  • CP 0
  • The newspapers report her defeat
  • The Marines
  • The World Government top brass
  • Her children
  • The Alliance celebrate their victory over her.
  • Blackbeard or Shanks
  • Etc.

There's been a robust portrayal depicting a pattern featuring Luffy v Big Mom as very feasible, presumable future match up. Lasted 10+ years, I think it's logically consistent to believe Luffy will more probably prove at least the MVP against Big Mom. Plus, just defeating Kaido is proving extensively tough, which lessens the odds for the latter to also be vanquished.

I am starting to believe Linlin will never be defeated.
It has been foreshadowed countless times that Linlin has a good side to her not only that her dream is not bad, it is only executed in a evil way..
Nami just recieved a powerup that depends on the well being of Big Mom.
Lola foreshadowed that Big Mom would help the Strawhats in the new world for me it is all pointing to some redemption for her when she realizes she ate all her friends and has been a spoiled child since she was abandoned (by Carmel and Streusen).
So in my opinion Big Mom won't fall.

Easy question. No. Whole kaido and his general should match screw hat members. This is nature of Op on every arc. Linlin is there so that law and kidd match her. Because if she is absent in wano, screw hat member do not need to fight anyone.

sure she will fall in Wano , she will not got another arc. Law and Kid will have hard time to defeat her alone. they have to get help. both of them are nothing near Luffy's level , at least for now but power up like awakening and haki blossom

Reasons why i have to disagree:

01. No one cares about Big Mom in Wano or Onigashima
02. Her Children aren't with her
03. There is no one Endangered by Big Mom who will be Happy to see her Fall
04. This is Kaido's Arc & Big Mom is not even the Secondary Villain imo (That's Orochi), she is more like Side-Boss
05. Big Mom is being Portrayed as the Crazy Witch that chases Kids so she might remain so till the End
06. Big Mom's True Dream is a Happy Utopia with all Races so she can have a Happy Ending & drop Piracy
07. Fall of Big Mom would ruin Totto Land & all her Family including Young Children, that's not what we want Actions of Luffy to lead to
08. It doesn't make sense for Oda to let her survive her own Arc & then make her Fall in another Arc where she is Side-Villain & Alone
09. Yonko, Wano Arc & Final Arc were planned long before OP Started so Big Mom's Conclusion was planned Decades before Supernova
10. Big Mom had her Empire in Rocks Era, Roger Era, Pre-TS Era & Current Era, there is no need to remove her or her Kingdom
11. Oda is trying to show us that Big Mom have Insecurities & Mental Problems indicating that all she needs is Help to change
12. Fall of Kaido is already a Major Event that Oda can spend Dozens of Chapters showing it's Consequences, adding BM is too much
13. Oda said that he didn't expect Law to become Popular & Dressrosa wasn't Planned at first, so saying Law will take down BM is insane
14. Newspaper already declared her "Defeated" in WCI so no need for another Similar Title
15. We still don't know Big Mom's Full Intentions here in Wano, her Interaction with Peros & Poneglyph Conversation are Two Major Hints
16. Luffy learned Future Sight, 2 Levels of CoA & CoC Imbuement & more incoming. No way Big Mom falls to Kid & Law without Training
17. Fall of Big Mom is a Very Major Event that will damage the Hype & Impact of taking down Kaido as well, his Defeat must be Exclusive
18. ... etc

I think yes she will be defeated here ini Wano bcs Kidd and Law also need the reputation for taking down a Yonko. but she won't die and she might escape. Maybe the purpose of her children being outside of Onigashima is to escort her outside of wano (I actually prefer that they join the war but...)
