Don’t forget that Kaido have a history with Elbaf too. They most likely trained Kaido in his younger days because of his Ragnarok move and told him who Joyboy was. There’s also a theory speculating it was Shamrock who fought him, not Shanks.

Fire and Lightning, Jarul hoping to meet an old woman (won't be what he wanted but fits the bill), I think it's possible and I hope she returns and Luffy gets a win over her. They can even chain her like Loki if he's vindicated to some extent for his actions given how much she's hated. Plus she had a pretty colorful and interesting crew that I'm always open to seeing more of. If Shamrock really leaves, I don't see why not, multi-faction conflicts can be really good if handled well and Luffy further proving his status by a fight with Loki then Linlin, works for me.
