Imagine ghandi who supposed to be sword god doesn't have a permanent black blade, while Ryuma the real sword god have it.

No, bald ghandi not a sword god.

Roger don't have Black blade as well as Rayleigh, plus talking about supreme grade sword. it was stayted if Zoro paint his Enma in black this sword will became supreme grade sword. But Gorosei have Supreme grade sword kitetsu, even if it don't have black paint.

hes the strongest swordsman who competes for that title. if mihawk never fought sword gorosei how would anyone know who is stronger?

sword gorosei is obviously a powerful swordsman on the top level because of the implication he has Shodai Kitetsu, the most powerful cursed sword in the verse, a supreme grade blade, and has had it for decades without dying, meaning he's mastered it completely.

Whitebeard was World’s Strongest Man, Kaidou was World’s Strongest Creature. In the hierarchy Creature > Man, allowing for Kaidou to be >= Whitebeard.

So Mihawk being World’s Strongest Swordsman, could still be surpassed by World’s Strongest Sword God. In the hierarchy a God is > Man, allowing the Sword God to be >= WS SwordsMan.

Ryuma being given the title of Sword God, instead of WSS, is proof this is how Oda views it as well.

But whether there is a current Sword God and whether it’s Ghandi is a huge guess, but Ryuuma if dropped into the modern day could be stronger than Mihawk by his title of Sword God.
