But this made me rethink how often he'll have to inazagi, since Minato is a constant danger with speed, it will be the same case against Sasuke even though Minato's AP isn't busted.
I still believe this can go either way, but favoring Danzo due to intel.
Yeah he manually undid the jutsu—so if he does this against Minato he’s dead. Minato can have a shadow clone always watching the battlefield and waiting to rush him if he felt inclined.
If he keeps Izanagi up, he just dies a little later but still gets his body chopped up.
There’s zero way to Danzo to cope with Minato’s speed here, he’s a low Kage tier fighter alongside the likes of Mei, Tsunade and Kakuzu.

Obvious neg for Danzo with Koto, without I can't see how Danzo will actually manage to significantly harm Minato. It won't be a low diff for Minato imo, but not a close call. I think this could be an interesting fight if drawn by Kishimoto, lots of potential fight strategies and twists to be explored.
Minato can possibly blitz given how he handled characters like tobi and kurama

Minato has no intel whatsoever on Danzo, even Obito had a hard time grasping his jutsu
On the other hand the shinobi of darkness through his intel probably knew what Minato ate for breakfast everyday, he was also Tobirama's student, so FTG intel is well within his grasp.
He has 10 izanagis, and with each Izanagi it's assured that whatever markings Minato places on him disappear
Sasuke survived through Obito and Karin intel, along with having the indestructible susanoo covering any blind spot
Danzo would fold Minato in a fight
Make it two Minatos and one is falling to Koto

Option #1 is where Karin warned Sasuke of the attack that was fired off before she shouted—fired off in close proximity no less.
so this attack is so slow that at close ranges, Karin can warn Sasuke after it was fired out and he can still dodge with negligible damage to his person
Option #2, Sasuke isn’t an idiot and Danzo already appeared behind him before. He knows the fight isn’t over yet and dodges the attack on his own—keeping with the themes of Karin offering Sasuke zero benefits this fight (She is kicked off like fodder, tries to explain Izanagi to a Sasuke that already knows what it is mechanically, gets kidnapped).
Either the jutsu is trash or Sasuke knows it’s coming

Sasuke is a genius with MS, he quickly covers his head with his shoulder and avoids fatal injury, though even his genius and MS couldn't help him locate Danzo in that split second, thus needing Karin's help

Right here, his clone reacted to and teleported away Obito's TSB faster than Minato himself was capable of doing so, while Minato was in KCM mind you.
All Tobirama said was that Minato was better at teleporting iirc...better could mean many things and it's separate from a character's actual speed which is what I'm referring to.
