Yeah he is already the leader of the Class B. He just needs to train his body and physical stat and improve the duration of his quirk : currently he can copy 4 quirks "only" for 10 minutes. If he can let's say copy a quirk for 30 minutes and copy 6/7 quirk with a muscular and useful body the guy will be OP. And Monoma is quite smart.

He will be top 10 hero in the future !
(And he is so much fun)

Thats not make any sense.

Its like when Monoma copied deku's quirk, he cant use the full cowl/detroit smash thing.

So, for me if Monoma mastered his quirk, he might able to copy the hidden technique/some moves of some quirk.

Monoma cannot use Deku or Eri or Fat gum quirk because he cannot copy quirks that require stored up power

Haha yes his power is really cool but it has weaknesses : he cannot use stored up power quirk, he has to touch a person to have his quirk, he has a time limit and more importantly he cannot use multiple quirk at once like AFO. He has to switch from quirk to quirk if he wants to use another quirk. So he can't make quirk combos.

But in the end if he can have 10 quirks for one hour each he will be already a monster
