Shigaraki has already surpassed AFO. MHA is so lopsided toward the villian side that a hero victory is not possible outside of AllMight appearing in prime form, IOW pure asspull.

AFO is done for. He is pretty much a walking corpse on a countdown timer. My only hope is he manages to off a few notable characters before he goes out.

Yes, but also no.

Dabi and AFO are pretty much walking corpses.

Toga is self contained on a tiny island.

Shiggy is powerful, but Deku hasn't even revealed the seconds quirk which was so OP back in the day that AFO got PTSD flashbacks of it when fighting Bakugo, and its way more powerful now.
