Chapter 391: Rejected by the World

The chapter begins with an army of Twices fighting the heroes. Pixie-bob summons a giant earth wave and manages to scatter them, but more Twices show up behind her and start attacking. Tiger shouts her name, but he also gets caught in the endless attack of the clones

A narration then begins explaining how Toga's quirk works and saying that the heroes have no way of knowing how much blood she has stored, but even if they did it wouldn't matter. Once the Sad Man's Death Parade started, the Twices became too many for the heroes to handle

(Iida isn't near the Todorokis, neither is Hawks. They're all far away from each other, but all of them can hear the Sad Man's Death Parade)

Camie, Shishido and many other heroes are getting attacked by the Twices. We see Shoto unconscious on the ground while Natsuo, Fuyumi and Iida listen to the sound of the clones fighting in the distance. So does Hawks, who stands up again holding his sword

It cuts to Ochako floating in the air to get free from the clones that were surrounding her, but she gets hit in the face by one of the Twices' measuring tape. Toga asks herself what happened to Toya and if he's really dead, wondering if she has just lost another friend

Ochako grabs onto her arm using her wire and a new special move, Zero Gravity Space Walk. She says she's only known Toga for a short time, since the summer of last year, but since then her opinion on her has changed greatly

Toga says once again that it's too late for all of that and Ochako apologizes for taking so long, but now she has finally found her amidst the chaos. She saw Toga's tears and thinks she figured out why she can't use Twice's quirk to the fullest

And that may be because Toga's murderous intent is mixing with her "love" for other people, diluting those feelings within her. Tsuyu speculated that maybe she didn't love Shigaraki and the others enough, but Ochako thinks that's not exactly it

That's the conclusion she came to after hearing the Twices repeating "heroes must die" and seeing Toga's tears. Toga then shouts "shut up, Ochako Uraraka! What do you know about me?! Nothing!" and her face becomes hersef's again instead of Twice's. End of chapter

Bruh, that man is barely standing.
But he has his blade in hand so clearly he's heading over there. lol

Or the clones are heading his way.

Hawks dying fighting Twice's clones after Dabi should have died 10 different times in this Manga sounds a lot like My Hero.
I don't think Hori has the confidence to kill off Hawks, especially if it puts Toga in a worse light.

Hori'a biggest mistake is writing Vilains to be too much powerful and now has to use bullshit mechanica to defeat em

This series was 8/10 before Deku got multiple quirks and before Shigi became a God

Now is barely a 5
Yeah, for me, the series before the first war during the second act feels a bit aimless, with it seemingly just paddling along till stuff actually happens.

I liked that we're getting a serious injury in this chapter. Won't kill Uraraka, but it'll definitely make the situation more tense.

I donโ€™t think thatโ€™s the fault of the powercreep. Every series, including One Piece, has that.

The issue is that itโ€™s very clear Horikoshi lost interest and is rushing the series to its end.

He lost interest because he saw he fucked up and now that his vilains take more than Naruto vs Kaguya lvl ass to be beaten

MHA was always good because powers were grounded down, most shounens go wide as fuck with power and becomes boring. What made MHA so good was that most powers were kept to "street level" at most "block level"

And bcs so emphasis was on skill rather than destructive power, now it is just about power

Honestly idc. Iโ€™m down for a Man of Steel type fight between Deku and Shiggy.
