Next encounter both the Heroes and the League will fight to the death, but not now. Gonna be a rough year for Deku when people will learn about OfA, though, so he prolly will go abroad anyway, to hide from the public.

I think eraser can only erase one quirk at a time. So he has to choose if he erase decay or regen etc, I don't think he can erase all his quirks.
So Shiggy stays a threat
