Props to pascal he shown up today make a impact and the role players had his back if he did that last game series will be 2-2 like I sayed if him or Fred turn into a superstar they got a chance and hope Fred alright but if doesn't play game 5 it won't matter he didn't play good the first 3 games

ZenZu

The only one who can beat me is me
KD really got carried going single coverage with Steph drawing 99% of the attention for 3 years and had the league fooled into thinking he's the best player in the league. Jesus this is all time bad, dude has as many turnovers this series as fgs made, and on the verge of being swept in the 1st round while his role players have been stepping up.

Double teams were always an issue for KD back on OKC, he was always turning the ball over and it's showing again, this is because:
-he lacks the handles to split doubles (he dribbles too high and if you cut off his strong side his right, don't give him space for hesis he freezes up)
-lacks the playmaking to make passes (can't make cross court passes to shooters in the corners)
-and lacks the frame to power through

The Celtics have completely exposed his flaws.

they didn't even need to be superstars last game to have the series 2-2, if even one of them wasn't a complete bum and was slightly below avg we'd be looking at a tied series.

Even with all his flaws in terms of passing, he still managed to get 8 assists today 🤣

also compared to last yr, the Celtics don't have to worry about Evan Fournier/Kemba Walker (both unfortunately on my Knicks this season) being defensive sieves that they had to constantly play w/ Jaylen Brown out that series.

They've also really bought into Ime Udoka's defensive philosophies along with having better personnel to actually throw against KD & Kyrie, who most have already forgot that Udoka was Brooklyn's top assistant coach under Nash last season and he almost certainly knows the plays that Nash runs inside and out, especially for KD.

KD with or w/o the Warriors tenure is still an absolute superstar at the end of the day but for this series in particular, having the entire defense catered to stop everything he does is probably the first time in his entire career that he's been shut down this much (he was still averaging crazy numbers in the 2012 Finals even when they got beat in 5 to the Heat w/ everyone else on that OKC team struggling)

the REAL New York team btw
