Don’t think anyone is joining since it’s the final saga. The Straw Hats along with everyone else will disband once the One Piece is obtained and the final war to overthrow the Celestian Dragon is over.
Pirate era happened because of Celestial Dragon’s brutality and their high tax imposed on everyone so I can’t see anyone revolting after that when the Revolutionary takes over, make everyone live free and the Vegapunk plans to give free resources to everyone.

Hard to tell if you’re being sarcastic but there’s no reason to be a pirate when you have free leaders who are Luffy’s friends running the world and Navy soon to be led by Koby and Smoker who have fought and will fight alongside with Pirates (SH Grand Fleet, Cross Guild, Worst Gens etc) in the final war. Not when Luffy has already accomplished his goal and there won’t be any adventures left which is why Roger disbanded the Roger Pirates.
The whole purpose of Pirate’s existence was because of the Celestial Dragon and the corrupted Navy so it’s going to be a bad look for Straw Hats if they’re the only one to remain active while everyone moves on and freeloading off Vegapunk.

Stop living in your headcanon and pay attention to what Oda has written. Tama asked to join luffy's crew after experiencing having free leaders who are Luffy's friends running Wano and not having to worry about the navy. There would be no reason to have put that scene in there if he planned on ending the series with the strawhats disbanding. (unless you agree with me that Tama will join before the ending). He could easily have written that Tama wanted to finish her training to honor Ace and was happy with living in a new Wano where she could eat as much as she wanted, but that's not what he did. Oda wrote Tama getting accepted as nakama and set-up her using ninjutsu.
