Most hated character or most hated agenda? Ussop is my most hated character, but his fans don't annoy me. Pre timeskip Zoro is my favorite character and I still like post timeskip Zoro, but the Zoro wankers annoy me more than any other fanbase, so I think it should be him. I don't know what the temple is. I think your punishment should be an essay on why Loki was the most obvious strawhat candidate since East Blue.
Loki will be in the same group as Shirahoshi, Momo, and Conejo Blanco where they will represent their respective road poneglyphs and join as grand fleet members basically. So in a way Loki will "join" Luffy's crew but he's not gonna be leaving Elbaf on the Sunny.
It goes against the point of joining the crew if he's just chillin on a seperate ship. And to get meta his size would make it very hard to pair him with the crew in various marketing and promotional deals. He would stick out like a sore thumb, wouldn't fit with anyone, and throw the whole balance of proportions in the crew outta wack.
We've seen his individuality and personality in his flashback and it would make more sense to serve alongside Luffy as a leader of his own crew rather than under him.

Loki is too strong for the grand fleet, plus his personality doesn't really fit into that grand fleet shils who go crazy about Luffy. On top of that he's Brother is already part of it, so overall, there's less chance of him joining the grand fleet than the SH crew. If he can't join the crew, then he definitely won't join Luffy's fleet!
It's not really an issue since SIZE in one piece is very inconsistent. Plus, all strowhat dolls are different sizes anyway. When it comes to the ship size, as I've already made post in different thread pointing out clear hints why thousand sunny is getting a big upgrade in Elbaf, literally every new piece of information is hinting at it. I'm surprised nobody made a theory out of it already.

What crew? Correct me if I'm wrong, but he has none as far as I know. And even if he does get one in the future, (that is in case he wants to be a pirate in the first place), then again he's too strong for a friendly pirate crew, it would make more sense as a rival Yonko, but Yonko slots are full right now.
