Personally I have no issue with Loki's strenght but but I'd be extremely surprised if Oda would have the next crewmate disrupt the power hierarchy after emphasizing the wings, but hey you never know.

I am 50/50 on it as well but I feel Loki would add some fun dynamics in SHs, so I am with Loki bros on this.

As far as wings dynamics are concerned, then I do feel it won't really change it - Jinbei joining it didn't.

It's a symbolic and systemic dynamic which will remain forever.

And, we have yet to see how M3 progresses this arc or how Loki ends up at the end.

Even if Loki joining the crew, disrupts the dynamic then we all know - it would be for a temporary time period. To me, it would be interesting to see and would be a change from our normal dynamics which we are witnessing for a long time now.

While I don't think Loki is joining I'm still not gonna write him off just yet he has a lot going for him but I still think it's too soon to say he's joining

Katakuri was never meant to join the crew. He got portrayed as an honourable antagonist who loves his family.

Context of Loki is different.

With Yamato, I do agree oda dropped the ball because there were hints of her joining. It was like oda totally flipped the script.

One might say, past precedents and baiting by oda says not to take bait again, however, what are the odds oda would pull something like that again after Luffy send an invite?

Nah those debates have contradictions and vagueness in the series fueling them. Nakama posts are far more braindead and desperate, and I put them close to the level of shipping warriors. Its crazy how some people are wrong 3 times in a row, and rehash the same talking points for a new candidate and act like it means something. Even a child murderer despised by Luffy, Nami, and Chopper was pushed as a candidate lol

Vivi's return is inevitable

I've heard arguments that she'd join the Revs but tbh she doesn't know them from dirt, yeah they are lead by Luffys family but why go to the relatives when Luffy is right there plus she was right there with Sabo at the Reverie and despite her being with Morgans she is still trying to reach out to Luffy

Notice the only people who saw the newspaper with the X mark on G5 Luffy were the people who don't know what it means

meanwhile luffy has real excitement for loki only.
