I know this is old stuff, but it’s good that Vivi met some of the Grand Fleet members, just in case she becomes a whole crewmate. Why doesn’t Nami, Chopper, Brook, and Sanji know about them?
Thinking it’s because now they know Barto is defeated by Shanks in the newspaper.
While Caesar was carrying along with the curly-hats, that may be a hint that Caesar would become a crew mate, since Luffy trusted Sanji with a powerful Logia fighter, and Caesar never attacked.
Sanji trusted that Luffy pay no attention to the wanted-alive on his bounty poster.

I feel like the Loki and Yamato comparisons are alittle disingenuous. Luffy never really had an interest in Yamato as a candidate, outside of acknowledging they weren't a threat upon first meeting. Even after finding out about their connections to Ace didn't change things. Luffy offered a spot out of a token of gratitude , instead of desire like he did with Loki. That's important. With that said.
Yamato herself had an interest in joining the crew. Both of their female crew members imposed their own will on them. So that always made Yamato a wild card viable option. But not reliable one. Their dream was never established, only implied and whatever backstory aka flashback that was supposed to develop her as a character had more lore implications for the Kozuki Clan, Kaido and to a lesser extent, Zoro.
How it concerns strength, Loki has yet to do anything that has implied he can out perform, Zoro, Sanji, even Jinbe and Especially Luffy. So what people are really saying is the Bounty discrepancies, but again, I feel a lot of the arguments here aren't being made in good faith. We all know that we've yet to see the fallout from the egghead incident. The Strawhats will be accused of collusion with Vegapunk and possibly be even painted as his killer.
We're in the middle of a full blown flashback centered on Elbaf and Loki is front and center, and he has some traumas boy let me tell you. Harald and Harujidin feel like the Tom and Iceburg in their roles of the flashback, I mean it's all right there. That can't be denied.
The only real concept things for Loki are his size. But two plot development introduced by Oda seemed meticulously added to address this. Franky learning more about Adam Wood on an island also known for Shipbuilding and whatever fruit Loki may or may not have.
If there is a dream to be revealed it is going to be likely revealed through Loki's meeting with Rocks or dialogue with Harald before his assassination.

Because oda already shown loki is good, even his flashback showing loki only outlashed at everyone as a kid. because he was emotionally hurting and also being physical abused by his uncle.
The fact when he was a child he tried to kill himself because he saw the mother protect her child... you honestly think loki is evil after that...smh
even mosa who is kind said loki is kind. while loki denied it not wanting to show weakness due to how he been mistreated his whole life, no one showing him kindness except mosa later on by den den mushi.

Blackbeard is actually a good man, just very misunderstood. I think Loki would make a great fit for the Blackbeard Pirates.

There's also the fact Loki fits the criteria of being an outcast in the island Luffy met them on. Not even Vivi and Yamato.

Being good, or having a good heart deep down doesn't mean you necessarily choose or go towards good, especially if you're constantly hurt by your fate and used to suffer, Loki can still lean toward evil or more specifically, Chaos.. Blackbeard isn't evil per say, he just does what he wants as a true pirate with Greed..
This isn't Chopper or Robin where Luffy can just yell shut up join me or whatever, this dude Loki is a Conqueror.. Loki would need to come to the realization that he's not the Sun God and Luffy is, but then he would also need to change his perspective about the Sun God's role too since he believe it's about bringing the world to an end.. That's only really something that can happen in the final war..

Luffy is never wrong about his intuition, he was even asking the other giants if Loki was good. Before he went down to free him. Showing Luffy always 100% has a good judge of character of others. So that 100% confirms Loki is good. Based of Luffy judgement.
