What I'm saying is, there's no objective reason to believe Oda will break a 20+ years dynamic just because someone personally wants Loki to join. There are no arguments to suggest Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji will stop being the M3 just so Loki can join.

There's no argument or evidence for it. It didnt work for other candidates so why is Loki special? For anyone who thinks Loki will join, its up to them to prove that Loki is special enough for Oda to change everything. Right now, its nothing but baseless speculation and justification to push their candidates, just like we've seen for other candidates. Oda won't hold dynamics forever? Well then prove it with his past actions.

Things like "This is the first time Luffy has invited someone that strong" doesnt hold up; using something very specific to invoke the notion of a switch up doesnt work.

The person who personally wants to have Loki is Luffy.

And, obviously it's too early to be sure about it. We have yet to see more of Loki's character depth.

What's baseless is you comparing Loki invitation with this list - Monet, Caesar, Rebecca, Viola, Kyros, Pudding, Carrot, Bonney, Stussy, and Lucci.

Loki clearly on the basis of portrayal, having his own flashback and character fleshing out stands apart from this list.

And, none of them got invitation in serious tone in the middle of an arc which is based on freedom - A central pivot of Luffy's journey. Only Loki received it.

The SHs were able to escape 5 Gorosei, Kizaru, Seraphim, CP0, and a fleet without a single one of them getting seriously hurt. Why? Because plot and having allies show up. The argument that the main SH crew needs extra firepower doesn't work.

I can totally understand the M3 dynamics issue.

I am 50/50 for two reasons - M3 dynamics and Size

However, one cannot rule out the context of Luffy's invitation and portayal of Loki which sets him apart from previous candidates - most of them didn't even get an invite lol

We've had characters get invited by even the entire crew, and ask to join, but never did. Luffy asking Loki alone isn't enough since we've clearly seen this go nowhere in the past.

Clearly on the basis of portrayal, having his own flashback and character fleshing out stands apart from this list.

Characters with their own flashback and interacting lots with the SHs didn't join. Loki haven't that doesnt make him special.

This is just purposely clinging to specifics in order to make one seem different or special. A character getting a serious invite at the end of an arc didn't work. A character seriously inviting themselves in the middle of an arc didnt work. But Luffy inviting someone in the middle must mean that hardstuck dynamics dont matter anymore?
