General & Others Next Straw Hat Crew Members and the Grand Fleet

Well they can do both, they dont need to leave Wano to join the fleet and the fleet is almost useless and irrelevant anyway.

Because the Grand Fleet is precisely what post-ts has been building towards. No more SHs (aside from Jinbe, who was invited pre-ts anyway), but a strong army of captains working under Luffy and his titans. Dressrosa was the foundation for that, and ever since we've gained members arc by arc.
Carrot, Momo, and Loki will be the three main vassals commanding entire nations to side with Luffy: they are the post-ts Vivis.
Katakuri and Yamato are the new faces of the old Yonko crews, now as well siding with Luffy against the WG.
Germa is a hybrid of the two, neither nation, nor pirate group, but on the SHs side.

She's joining soon after her cover story ends and the circus is gonna recruit plenty more Clowns for the pessimistic naysayers who bully others for wanting her and others to join.

We waited 10 years IRL for Jinbei despite slander and denial but he joined eventually.
Its naive to assume others won't join, we've had only 1 new SH post TS and Zeus technically is a nakama too but they're quiet about that.

They just hate these characters and their fans and the rest is excuses, deflection.

Tbh people being too strong to join is a stupid excuse too, stupid powerscaling brainrot. Just insecurity from fans of certain characters too.

Jinbe didn´t join the strawhats until Sanji and Zoro got stronger.
Yamato(if she joins later, big IF),will only join once Sanji and Zoro gets stronger.

For Loki it is impossible.
Loki might be stronger than Kaido or at his lvl, Sanji in EoS is need to be on that lvl lol.
Same for Zoro.

Zoro and Kaido clearly fought 1v1 in that moment. No one interfered and Zoro was on his last legs. He could have a CQC bout with Kaido, and land the first blow before collapsing. And Kaido was not holding back. He was pissed off and was trying to kill Luffy.

Nothing says Kidd and Law are far stronger than Zoro. Zoro and Law took out Mingo's top officers in similar ways, both escape Fuji's gravity, both sensed Carrot at the same time etc. On the rooftop, Zoro was taken more seriously than Law, and Law himself had jaw drop at Zoro's tenacity.

I highly doubt 2 laws or 2 Kidds can beat Kaido when they were no match for BM despite having plot on their side. Her being too strong was why they went for a ring out in the first place.

What says Kid and Law are a lot stronger than Zoro is this:

Wano Zoro is YC1

We see from the first round of Luffy vs Kaido, that Kaido one shots YC1s


We know from Kaido's spars with Big Mom that he and her are pretty equal

Kid and Law took many hits from Big Mom, and defeated her

Zoro was YC1, so two Wano Zoros get two shot

Assuming Kid and Law are around equal, two Kids or two Laws defeat Big Mom, which means they defeat Kaido

So Kid and Law are a lot stronger than Zoro



Personally I now put Zoro and Sanji at YC+ because they got stronger from Wano to Egghead and from Egghead to Elbaf

The Yamato coverstory is based on Yamato's entire personality and credo: her believing to be Oden 2.0. It's not a throwaway line that Oda expanded into 30+ boring pages; it's Yamato being Oden in modern Wano.



Wano ended in 2022 & Carrot received no attention since. Even in her closing chapters, Yamato has had more highlights than her.
When do you expect this "retrospect" to begin, once the manga has finished?

Does it have anything to do with that one guy from Japan who said the cover of Volume 27 was the clue to Luffy's ancestry and came up with several theories that turned out to be true before eventually getting a job at JUMP? Or is there another clue I missed?

No clues, that I know of. I just like the idea. The AK is the meta-island that the SHs are supposed to free after a series-long journey, so it'd be cool to have someone on the crew from this place. It's not a given, as there have of course been unique islands visited by the SHs where they haven't recruited anyone, see Skypeia for example. And there's a gigantic chance that Luffy himself is the one hailing from the AK, or at least his family house, making it redundant for another "local" to be needed. But, on the other hand, we do lack a cabin boy, and Oda has repeated the motif of babies found in chests/abandoned areas, so I half expect there to be a third case, after Shanks and Buggy, with this unique kid waiting on Laugh Tale for JB to right the wrongs of his hometown.

And I wouldn't be surprised if he reveals Joyboy found some brat in a chest. So Luffy may end up finding a kid in a chest too, but then again said kid could be Tama if she gets run out of Wano after finding out she's a Korozumi since their country is dogshit like that.

Not really

For me, Roger and Shanks are like chess pieces. They are not the final piece of the puzzle - Luffy is.

If luffy didn't find someone like that then it would be at the end of the series.
