Greg is a One Piece from the US, he went on a One Piece trivia Show back in the day and won it.
Apparently oda was impressed by Greg that Shuiesha then hired Greg to work for them around the beginning of Fishmen Island (so for 10+ years now).
He writes articles in V-Jump and Columns on One Piece.com and since then has meet with Oda, worked with him, been in meetings, recommended media and shows to Oda, etc.
Greg not only works for One Piece but he is the closest English Speaker to Oda take what he says well.
Not only did he say the goroawase is not happening he also said in the last spoiler thread on AP that the insert Number joins the crew chapter titles are gone too.
By the way notice a certain poster post Greg when it supports there argument but is silent and does nothing now with recent tweets but here you go:

I like how you tag those of us who saw this coming since last year, man…but I guess it wouldn’t matter to the haters who need to see it, although I’m sure someone’s fingers are just itching to write 5000 words about Carrot being the actual One Piece or something only to accomplish less for her than Greg did in three tweets for Yamato :cheers:
The only people dumber than those who think Yamato isn’t joining are the people who ever thought Pedro WOULD join, and something tells me the Venn diagram between those groups is basically a perfect circle.

Unless we are talking about symbolically, which then begs the question why we do not have any representative of the other allies of the Ancient Kingdom except Jinbe (Shandia, Elbaf).
Or it´s supposed to be a parallel to Roger, which is problematic in itself considering how different the crews are.

Well there you go for the people who argued Yamato needed to stay (Yamato was never gonna stay), to protect Wano.
Now Momonosuke will be Older plus having Kaidos devil fruit with them Wano will be more than protected.
You can bring up the whole off mentality still a child but as we see with Luffy Momonosuke is more mature then what most people esepically Odens retainers treat hm, plus Oda never been one for training arcs so Momonosuke can get strong quick.
