There is NO good reason for Carrot to go back to Zou after what she experienced. It's pure development inertia.
For Carrot to go back to Zou, something must push her back. Just "coming back" when she actively stowaway and experienced wonders and adventure wouldn't make much sence narratively.

Carrot4nakama you are such a delusional fanboy your character does not have anything that makes her remotely like the strawhats at all.
1. Carrot does not have a story centric arc that center around her as a character like earlier strawhats.
I am just going to say it. Whole cake island itself was not center around Carrot as a character. She only displays what the minks were capable of. We never got in depth characterization moment like other strawhats before her. She was just a support character going along for the ride helping strawhats in aiding them in a certain task and aiding Chopper in a fight.
There is no mystery that surrounded her character in that arc. The only thing she display was her characteristic and what the minks can do. She had a wonderful life that she could have left zou any time. But obviously, she was to young and inexperienced of knowing the new world oceans so she could not leave on her own. She did, however, have two events that was unprecedented that would change her life forever. That would be jack attacking her homeland and Pedro’s sacrifice. The strawhats were able to do the bare minimum in helping/saving her people and helping her cope after Pedro’s sacrifice. They did not however take down enemies that personally had effect on her.
Characters such as, Franky, Brook, and Jimbei would have an arc that would center around them as characters Franky would have water seven and enies lobby alongside with Robin, Brook had thriller bark and Jimbei had fishman island. Whole cake island was focused on sanji, Jimbei, Pudding and Pedro. Sanji had his former family involved in the arc. You got to know more about his family relationship and his backstory before he met zeff. Pedro, you got to know his earlier experience in whole cake island. Jimbei cutting ties to big mom organization for him to join the strawhats. Finally, Pudding you got to know her relationship with big mom, her relationship with her siblings and learning that her third eye ability. That third eye ability If awaken can read the poneglyphs

Instead, we get the bare Minimum in terms of what she was not good at. Which does show us she is not good at swordsmanship. She does, however, gain a new weapon which ends up being her gauntlets.
For example, from the zou flashback from what we have seen she was a background character and in the whole cake island arc she had one panel that we have seen from countless supports characters like chew chew, Paulie, Bartolomeo, Pudding, and otama. Time to Face it. Carrot she has no future antagonist that has hinder progress in life, betray her ideals, and does not have an enemy that personally affect her life. The reason is they have all been dealt with by non strawhat characters. What about the giants she was interested in? When she was bathing alongside with Nami"? "She was being very curious if they were real or not"? The thing about that is. She does not have a “Personal grudge” against the giants because she has never seen them before. The thing about Carrot is she has never faced any form of discrimination or being labeled as an outcast. The minks are discriminate against I will not deny that. But Carrot specifically, however, has never face any form of that. When she was with them in whole cake island, she was in a land of paradise and equality with a price. That price ends up being years of your life or one your body part being cut. The only people who did face any form of discrimination was Sanji for being a normal human being with human emotions. As well Pudding for having three eyes. The only person who did paid the price in whole cake island that we know of was pedro.

Despite her being friend’s momo and shinbou. Yamato will get a bounty since she is daughter/son of Kaido. People will only see her as Kaido’s descendant not her own person.

5. Carrot is not even taking part in the big event in the one-piece story which is the wano arc.
Let us face the facts her fight was practically skip over in comparison to the strawhats and their alliance against their enemies. It is okay to lose a fight I will not deny that. It does help characters to grow and learn from that experience. What carrot is lacking is not taking part in the current arc at hand. I get that she has helps in earlier arc which was whole cake island. However, her fight in wano arc was completely off screen by comparison. So, you did not see any new abilities or new techniques from carrot's arsenal that makes her different than any other mink. None of the strawhats came to her defense or aid her in the situation. Strawhats have always defended countless characters and back them up in the past. Before, after, or former member of the crew. Characters such as Chopper, the former member of the crew ussop (sniper king during enies lobby) and the newest members soon to join the crew Brook and Jimbei. In Carrot scenario It does not help her move forward. It just puts her back into a supportive role and pushing her into the background. So, she ends up being less important in this raid and this arc so far. In this arc she ends being like paulie in water seven and enies lobby a character who pushes the main characters to main event rather than taken part in it.
Before strawhats usually joins they usually show their importance within the main event of the arc they are part of. Without their involvement the arc would drastically change. Let me give three perfect examples. Without Franky turning into ally to the strawhats they would lose robin. Without Brook learning the secret taking down the zombies like creatures the strawhats would not figure out how to get there shadows back. Not only that Brook tremendous help against taking down oars alongside with the strawhats. Without Jimbei involvement impel down Luffy would not be able to escape the prison he would still be there and most likely die. Ace would still be dead.
In Yamato case what did she do hmm? Well Yamato handles creating Ace’s virve card. Which did help Luffy reunite with ace. Sadly, he did not make it out alive. Knock out oars like creature who was chasing Franky. Holding off Kaido until luffy arrive to the battlefield for the third round. If Yamato had not done that everyone in the strawhats and their alliance would have been defeat or killed in live floor. As jimbei point out after Luffy earlier podcast wondering who was holding off Kaido. She did save Luffy life and weakened Ulti. Keeping Momo safe in order encourage the samurai to continue fighting. Preventing the explosive from going off. Yamato situation she was very encouraging and extremely helpful for the alliance success.
Carrot through this arc what did she do? All right saving Marco's life, teaming up with nami in order take down one of big mom's homies and her tag teaming with Wanda against perospero which ends up being skip over in comparison to the strawhats and their alliance loses the fight. She just stood there when cat viper was down when the moon was covered. She has not done anything since.
6. She has not given a reason behind her set dream/goal that she has.
When characters talk about their goals, dreams and promise that they want to achieve during their adventures. They go in depth what they are about, what they are, what they are looking for, and their reason behind their set dreams they have in mind. Carrot has no depth to her character explaining why she wants to achieve about her goal in terms of going on adventure seeing the world. Yamato on other hand has a backstory that shows us as to why she wants to achieve specific goal and she not waver since. Yamato has fought against her father for 2 decades but never won, fought for the samurai, as well her own freedom. Believing one day she will go on adventure see the world just like oden did get much stronger than she is now. She did not have a life call her own for 2 decades. Carrot by comparison coincidentally was at the wrong place at the wrong time. She had a good life until jack arrive, and she travel with strawhats experience tragedy and lost. The resolution of Carrot problems was already was resolves by other characters who were non straw hats. While Yamato situation is being manage by the strawhats.

7. Despite Carrot lost and history with the strawhats she has never said in anything about wanting to be better for luffy in the future of the story.
The strawhats have been in situations where they do feel unworthy if they can be helpful towards luffy in reaching his goal. In those events they previously lost fight or lost something important to them. The characters do make vowel to luffy that they will be better and be much stronger for him in the future. For Luffy response from my interpretation take that as you will. Luffy does not care if you win or lose as long you are alive here and now that is all that matters. Yamato did not believe she was not going to win against Kaido But. She was willing by time until Luffy returns. She does say as a child she will fight for wano sake when time comes, as well she will go out to sea get much stronger than she is now. Yamato might experience lost in a future arc, but Luffy will not hold against her. Carrot situation really has no self-reflection how weak she is and wanting to be better for luffy future.

Overall, do I believe Carrot could Join the crew? No, I do not believe she will. The way carrot has been treated throughout wano arc has me disappointed and how lackluster of character she has become. If your former carrot4nakama supporter, you should be disappointed. She has become less relevant and special as the wano arc goes on. She has not done anything important or giving us any new revelation that could lead to a potential future arc that would center around her as a character. I get that she has helps in earlier arc which was whole cake island. However, her fight in wano arc was completely off screen by comparison. So, you did not see any new abilities or new techniques from carrot's arsenal that makes her different than any other mink. None of the strawhats came to her defense or aid her in the situation. Strawhats have always defended countless characters and back them up in the past. Before, after, or former member of the crew. Characters such as Chopper, the former member of the crew ussop (sniper king during enies lobby) and the newest members soon to join the crew Brook and Jimbei. In Carrot scenario It does not help her move forward. It just puts her back into a supportive role and pushing her into the background. So, she ends up being less important in this raid and this arc so far. In this arc she ends being like paulie in water seven and enies lobby a character who pushes the main characters to main event rather than taken part in it.
Before strawhats usually joins they usually show their importance within the main event of the arc they are part of. Without their involvement the arc would drastically change. Let me give three perfect examples. Without Franky turning into ally to the strawhats they would lose robin. Without Brook learning the secret taking down the zombies like creatures the strawhats would not figure out how to get there shadows back. Not only that Brook tremendous help against taking down oars alongside with the strawhats. Without Jimbei involvement impel down Luffy would not be able to escape the prison he would still be there and most likely die. Ace would still be dead.
In Yamato case what did she do hmm? Well Yamato handles creating Ace’s virve card. Which did help Luffy reunite with ace. Sadly, he did not make it out alive. Knock out oars like creature who was chasing Franky. Holding off Kaido until luffy arrive to the battlefield for the third round. If Yamato had not done that everyone in the strawhats and their alliance would have been defeat or killed in live floor. As jimbei point out after Luffy earlier podcast wondering who was holding off Kaido. She did save Luffy life and weakened Ulti. Keeping Momo safe in order encourage the samurai to continue fighting. Preventing the explosive from going off. Yamato situation she was very encouraging and extremely helpful for the alliance success.
Carrot through this arc what did she do? All right saving Marco's life, teaming up with nami in order take down one of big mom's homies and her tag teaming with Wanda against perospero which ends up being skip over in comparison to the strawhats and their alliance loses the fight. She just stood there when cat viper was down when the moon was covered. She has not done anything since.
6. She has not given a reason behind her set dream/goal that she has.
When characters talk about their goals, dreams and promise that they want to achieve during their adventures. They go in depth what they are about, what they are, what they are looking for, and their reason behind their set dreams they have in mind. Carrot has no depth to her character explaining why she wants to achieve about her goal in terms of going on adventure seeing the world. Yamato on other hand has a backstory that shows us as to why she wants to achieve specific goal and she not waver since. Yamato has fought against her father for 2 decades but never won, fought for the samurai, as well her own freedom. Believing one day she will go on adventure see the world just like oden did get much stronger than she is now. She did not have a life call her own for 2 decades. Carrot by comparison coincidentally was at the wrong place at the wrong time. She had a good life until jack arrive, and she travel with strawhats experience tragedy and lost. The resolution of Carrot problems was already was resolves by other characters who were non straw hats. While Yamato situation is being manage by the strawhats.

7. Despite Carrot lost and history with the strawhats she has never said in anything about wanting to be better for luffy in the future of the story.
The strawhats have been in situations where they do feel unworthy if they can be helpful towards luffy in reaching his goal. In those events they previously lost fight or lost something important to them. The characters do make vowel to luffy that they will be better and be much stronger for him in the future. For Luffy response from my interpretation take that as you will. Luffy does not care if you win or lose as long you are alive here and now that is all that matters. Yamato did not believe she was not going to win against Kaido But. She was willing by time until Luffy returns. She does say as a child she will fight for wano sake when time comes, as well she will go out to sea get much stronger than she is now. Yamato might experience lost in a future arc, but Luffy will not hold against her. Carrot situation really has no self-reflection how weak she is and wanting to be better for luffy future.

Overall, do I believe Carrot could Join the crew? No, I do not believe she will. The way carrot has been treated throughout wano arc has me disappointed and how lackluster of character she has become. If your former carrot4nakama supporter, you should be disappointed.
