Women I think are possible to join the crew:
Carrot (she only needs to stay on the ship after wano)
Yamato ( because of Whitebeard/Oden and Luffy/Yamato parallel)
Vivi ( If WG is hunting her, she will need protection)
Bonney ( If the theory about she being ace's twin sister becomes true)

Men I think are possible:
Kinemon (he fits with the crew)
Bon Clay (If he leaves Impel Down)
X-Drake ( I like the theory of him entering the straw hats as a spy but in the process he starts to like them and becomes a pirate permanently)

In my opinion, there should be at least one more woman. But I wouldn't care if Oda decides to put someone else later.
