General & Others Nobody cares about clashes. Kizaru needs to go down

At this point in the story kizaru or any admiral having small clashes that lead nowhere are not enough. We’ve seen tons of characters clash and even look good against restricted admirals from marineford, dressrosa, Mary geoise, etc. so again who cares if we get more of the same.
Whether it’s zoro clashing with him like many are pushing or Sanji, Jinbe, Lucci, or even usopp or anyone else at this point I personally really don’t care much. Yeah it could definitely be a fun or cool moment for whoever clashes with him but it’s really not exiting on kizaru’s end


I personally don’t want another arc where an admiral restricts themselves while just having meaningless fights and clashes with no victor
I still want luffy to beat kizaru and whether kizaru clashes with other characters beforehand cool… I don’t think anyone is against zoro clashing with an admiral or cares enough to argue against a clash

Agree, we are closing to the end, 2 yonkos are possibly down (Kaido and BM), now one way or another Oda could and probably should take out an admiral too even because he just introduced a plethora of new characters who should be as strong as the admirals or even more (gorosei, the holy knights we have yet to see, Figarland) while admirals novelty is now over, the last one introduced (GB) main role is to be an hype tool (Kaido and mostly Shanks).

I agree, he should "vacate the chair" for the newcomer (future orange admiral). In addition, it was not in vain that we were shown a flashback with him. Plus, he humiliated Luffy on Sabaody and shouldn't just walk away like nothing happened.
By the way, Kuzan left the Marines and joined the yonko crew, right? Perhaps the author will repeat this with Kizaru, only in this case he will join Buggy, the Crossguild lacks a fighter close to Mihawk's level.

Dunno if an Admiral is falling before the final war.

Especially as the Strawhats want to escape.

Though Post Tea Party WCI was also an escape arc, but Luffy defeated Katakuri.

So it's possible that Luffy proves himself as a Yonkou by defeating Borsalino.

I think just being defeated is enough. Sparing an admirals life would hype them to no ends. I mean it's endgame it's time for the knights and imu to act. Blackbeard pirates have become boring to me.

I think Fuji will stay with the marines. The world government overall should have more than enough power even if we assume kizaru somehow doesn’t leave egghead.
Him losing doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t still be a marine but I do think the orange admiral will take his spot

Imo, the concept of the current Marine force might go down before the final war, to where someone like Fuji would still fight against Piracy and mattering. Its becoming more blatantly clear that the Marines and WG are 2 separate entities (and just the last few chapters, has given the Gorosei and God Knights their own presence in feeling their own autonomous, powerful organization).


Take Ryo's comments about not fighting Shanks yet. Im starting to believe that not only will the Yonko clash (Luffy, Blackbeard, Shanks and Buggy), but the Marines will absolutely follow suit to prevent the Yonko from taking the 4 RPs and getting to Laugh Tale.


I cant see Akainu just sitting around and waiting for someone to become Pirate King for example, why should he? Plus since we know CG assigned Admirals to 3 Billion, its possible that Akainu's CG bounty is relative to Blackbeard and Shanks, roughly 4 Billion.

It just "feels" like thats the next step after Elbaf to me.

I believe people who talks about a clash between kizaru and their opinion character doing it because they don't believe a full all out battle will happen, at least i sure do believe so.
If kizaru fall's now what will happen to Saturn?
I mean if Luffy takes down kizaru his crew will take down all the VA, so what happens to the big guy?
I certainly don't believe that one of the gorosei will fall now and i can't find a way for him to escape if all of his forces are down.
Now if oda surprise me and make the marines lose now then definitely someone of the top strawhats needs to fight Saturn.
Who will that be ?

I would prefer a settlement between Luffy and Kizaru just to prove Luffy’s strength and status as a yonko while at the same not dehype the admirals

It only dehypes them as much as Katakuri dehyped King or Queen, or BB/Shanks' top commanders (though I argue the latter 2 have stronger commanders). Or even Kaido/BM to the remaining Yonko

We dont need another "hype" arc, that existed 700 chapters in LRLL, and 500 chapters ago on Sabaody and Marineford already. Or Punk Hazard. Or Dressrosa. This is why an Admiral should lose here, its the beginning of the end of the story, like Wano.

If Kizaru loses to Luffy, then it only hypes Zoro and Sanji taking on Fuji and Ryo, while Akainu still remains a factor for Luffy later.
