Yes lots of mangaka oda included draw the majority of their female character in a manner that is meant to be flattering sexually, even on here you have simple minded fans making comments like "namis butt was the best part of this chapter" but it's only fans who think like that that discredit the character not the fact that oda drew them the way he did.
Compare BM's portrayal to that of the other Yonko, or Smoothie compared to the other SCs. Also the number of women in any given group (starting with the SHs) compared to the number of men's ridiculously low. No female admiral. Plus the oversexualization of female chars that never happens with male ones.
Honestly it can't be argued there's no sexism in OP, the fact Oda did try occasionally with some female chars in some instances by makin them strong or smart doesn't negate all the other sexist things in the story. But it's just how society in general is, which inevitably influences artists' work.

So you're mad that the yonko and warlords aren't 50/50 male and female? What makes you think they should be? Are the top professional fighters 50/50 m/f? Are the world's militaries 50/50? No they're not, it's a simple fact that men and women are built differently, men are generally stronger, there are some women that can achieve that same level but they are the minority, it's nowhere close to 50/50.
With that said how does it make any difference how robin is dressed in the recent chapters? Her outfit doesn't in any way effect her level of strength, intellect, or overall importance to finding the one piece.
Hopefully someday, after you lose your virginity, you'll be able to see past a couple cm of leg skin on a manga panel and be able to notice the bigger picture.

There might be a lot of dumb or useless male chars but it's all a matter of ratio. The number of male chars's extremely high so some of them are bound to be bad. But when we focus on specific groups, it's more obvious. It applies even to Nami and Robin, they might be smart but pretty much useless most of the time and oversexualized like the other cute female chars. If that's not bad reprensentation then I don't know what is.
