What makes imu stronger is he is backed by clowns like admirals/gorosei/holyknights.
Make it a 1v1 and imu losses to kaido as well.
Whenever it's a 1v1 bet on kaido. Oda canonically said that.
Oda never said Imu is The strongest or even bet on him.
