Combat wise, yes so far.
But i think Dragon will have one hidden secret weapon to kill Imu but he will fail.
Think Wyper almost killing Enel or Law almost killing Doflamingo.

But Dragon can prove me wrong in the future. I wont be surprised.

I think certain guys might really have his number in close quarter combat. For example I'm pretty sure that Shanksu, Dragon, Mihawk and Garp will be off the charts. And likewise if Logias start to go on rampages with transformed environments and gigantic avatar forms, them club swings likely won't do much to them (Yamato vs Broccoli GB).

But Kaido simply played his cards right with flame dragon torch. That shit nukes. I think it might not be too unlikely that a lot of the Kaido debates might ultimately boil down to "yeah, but flame dragon torch still clears"- type of scenarios in the near future, even if I'm expecting a lot of crazy shit from the others aswell.
Ultimately that dragon form + flame dragon torch is likely just that- the WSC (if not for Imu presumably).

All the titles are meaningless now with Gorosei and IMu being fighters and endgame materials.

No way these characters who will be defeated at the EoS will be weaker than anyone who got defeated by Luffy way before it.
