I've obviously read your post and the logic doesnt fail. You brought up a bunch of technicalities that implies even Zoro isn't a pure swordsman and doesnt count.

I mean, here we have a moment, this chapter and plain as day where Kaido recalls the men who have hurt him. Every single one of them is a blade user and yet Mihawk isn't there.

You can take the argument 2 ways, either these men just happen to use swords like generic pirates, aside from Whitebeard (i.e. they are MORE than their swordsmanship in combat strength), or Mihawk simply never fought Kaido.

Either argument can be argued, NONE of it is proven. You can tell me time and time again that Shanks is a 100% pure swordsman and is so because of some dick measuring contest and thus loses to Mihawj, and I can tell you that Shanks has conquerors and can run a Yonko crew unlike Mihawk, and thus its not that simple. NEITHER statement is 100% proven in fact, but its where we are right now in the story.

Like I said, the argument is stupid, there is no fundamental way to tell me I'm wrong, just like there is no fundamental way to say you are. There is no record of Mihawk defeating Shanks. If that was explicitly stated, then you would be right, except it hasn't, so you can't prove it.

• We have confirmation that he's going to get significantly stronger as the battle progresses.
  • He has still not yet fully acclimatised to Enma.
• He has still yet to show Asura or anything else he learned from Mihawk
  • Luffy left the time skip with a new Gear (Gear 4)
  • Sanji left the time skip with an upgraded Diable Jambe and Hell's Memories
  • Zoro may have upgrades/modifiers to his Asura
• His weakest Santoryu attack was able to damage Kaido
  • Oni Giri is the first Santoryu attack Zoro used in the series and it's his Gomu Gomu no Pistol equivalent.
• We have confirmation that Zoro can copy sword techniques after witnessing them once.
  • Big Mom right now is wielding a flaming sword and has quite a few techniques of her own.
    • Zoro has expressed interest in a fire sword.
    • Zoro can replicate the fire aspect with Kinemon's Fox Fire style.

But go on, tell me more how Zoro is not a main fighter in this battle.

Logically speaking, Mihawk should indeed be stronger than Shanks. The only reason I still haven't taken a solid stance on this is because of how mysterious Shanks' character is. The guy has been there since chapter 1 and we still don't know shit about his true intentions. There are a million ways Oda can go about him out of which several can result in him being stronger than Mihawk or even the strongest character in the verse.

If enma is such a magical sword that already contains Ryuo like a living body, why would the scabbards not use such an incredible easy to use weapon with no drawbacks. Maybe you just need to hold the sword towards Kaido wound and it will open his wounds on it's own

Nobody said it didn't have drawbacks. But it is literally a magic sword.

It show's their levels of the haki bruh, it was no reason for a CoC battle at marineford to show their "Levels"

That's cool about that, but kaido needed the marines to handle the work of Wb rather than facing him, the Gura gura doesn't change tho he can beat any yonko in marineford not name blackbeard

Kaido didn't know Whitebeard was weak enough to get stabbed by Squardo. After that even Crocodile called him pathetic and weak man, changed sides and attack the marines instead after seeing how weak Whitebeard has become. Marco also confirmed Crocodile's statement. No one knew Whitebeard could be that weak in MF.

Also why would Kaido need the Marines help? The Marines were going to attack Kaido as well. Not sure what's your point is.

In short, WB was not even on Yonko level at Marineford, but even MF Whitebeard was still able to fight equally with the Admirals. Kaido (and other Yonko) was definitely stronger than MF Whitebeard.
