Momo is one of the cards the allaince has against Kaido. Is the card of hope and for a better future. Sanji needs to protect that card. However Sanji may also sense that Yamato is strong, and may sense Jack coming to attack the scabbards. So tbh....we could argue for both sides.

BUT Oda probably is the type of guy who would ignore such detail in the sake of making Sanji see Momo inside Yamato's clothes... this is the type of author we're dealing with here... bigger perv than Sanji himself

I severely underestimated Perospero also missed part about the Moon being covered by clouds .

Yamato tells him not to worry and she goes to handle it due to her connection to Momo/Scabbards and likely that 10th person. Sanji stays on the performance floor. Now the hilarious part is going to be who he actually fights lol. People can sit here and be adamant about either King or Queen, but until Oda actually draws it, anything can happen.
