maybe that Big Mom eventually becoming an ally was already decided the moment that Lola gave Nami her Vivre Card with the belief that her mother would help her. Ironically she may really become the great person that Luffy thought her to be at first.

BM is the only emperor I can see surviving the series and possibly becoming an ally.

Honestly, I expect more of a Zoro-Drake dynamic: skirmish to not get in the Captain way and following deal
If they really fight: I already said it to Kejon, I expect Killer to win, especially in a 1v1 scenario. Hawkins is a subdle mofo tho, so he could have some trick up his sleeve...

I can see it possible, but Hawkins is still got DF that makes him kinda dangerous especially if he can turn damage back at his enemy, so Killer will be in for a fight.
