Base Luffy was fighting near Katakuri's level last arc before learning BASIC ryuo, let alone internal destruction ryuo, standard base stat zenkai haki bloom boosts, and learning advanced CoC.

Fighting for dozens of minutes 1vs1 is not a "massive" gap. Kaido still has the bruises from G4 beating he took. If Luffy had learned advanced CoC from the jump then it would be a different scenario also...

Why would learning ad CoC make a difference against Kaido when he could counter with his own???
Did you forget Kaido has been fighting back to back against the Scabbards and the Rooftop 5????
Do you honestly see base Luffy surviving against the Rooftop 5+Sulong Minks+Scabbards??? I know we like Luffy but lets not get carried away now.

Can people stop giving Morj credit as if he came up with the Raid failing "theory"?

The guy literally picked 1 of the two choices for this raid and is acting like he's Oda's closest assistant. He's been eating nothing but Ls this entire raid.

He's not acting this way, his fans are jokingly call him "Oda's assistant", because he's predicting stuff right..

He's standing firm through all the hardships his prognosis already had to overcome though, so firm that it even became a meme (which is why people talking about it in the first place). All based on his own analysis of the story and its different devices/elements. Not just because it was an "either"-choice. Saying either can happen is obviously not a difficult task, but chosing one side, cause your analysis of the story lead you to that belief, is.

He's also someone who prognosed advCoC becoming a thing in Wano already, whereas many if not pretty much everyone else was in the awakening boat, (cause: CoC comes with Shanks) which was furthermore triggered when Luffy suddenly could switch off G4 after the Captain trio destroyed the BP's ship.
It's an "either that or that" take aswell, but he argued for one, based on his analysis and he happened to be right with it.

Seriously, cut him some slack, that dude is actually very smart and certainly does his homework well. I don't see a reason why you would hate him out of all people.
