And Zoro and Sanji are now on the same bounty number before WCI Zoro was already on his 3rd bounty while Sanji was at his second. We should wait to compare bounties till after Wano when both are in the actual war

That only means that while Sanji was still being irrelevant, the WG alr saw Zoro as a threat worth a bounty. But yeah, let's see how bounties are post Wano.
