Nope vergo had moments of kicking sanji in which sanji used his knee to block. Also what defines a kick is the force used. Against calufia he was literally using his knee and shin(fibula) to block in which he did not apply force. However he did apply force against bigmom

Duh. If someone throws a balled fist with no force or momentum then it is defined as a tap. Force produced is what defines the motion of attacks. This is basic common knowledge. The word you seeking to ignore is FORCE. It's not considered a kick unless force is used
