I will repeat it... If Sanji will get it, yeah awesome. But I do not expect it as well. Zoro was a given from the very first start after it was introduced. Even more with with Rayleigh having it
Sanji is strong and all, but he isn't the type for it like Zoro.
On the other side... Oda has destroyed a lot of haki in general by giving it to everyone and their mother. It goes for CoC as well. First it was super special rare which let people as the admirals being surprised... Post TS you get Chinjao and Katakuri, while still the best foe post TS, had nothing special about him, besides liking Donuts and being Big Mom's kid... Like 30+ others.
