It is interesting that Sanji is one of the most loved character in Japan despite some of his problematic behavior, I would say more than Luffy and Zoro in some instances. Most of the japanese fanartists have Sanji as their favorite character.
Though I don't mind Sanji Pudding romance because she was clearly shown as of marriageable age. But some of his actions are really weird considering one piece is catered to male teen populace.

Luffys power ups in wano weren't out of nowhere as community thinks all of his power ups in wano had valid reasoning behind reason are as follows
1:luffys gear 2 is based on flow of blood
2 :Luffy gear 3 based on flow of bone mass
3gear 4 is based on combination of haki and flow of muscle mass.
What Luffy learned ryou and conq coating are based on concept of flow which Luffy has been mastering since enemies lobby even when Luffy mastered conq coating there was hyogoro panel telling(Luffy just let your haki flow don't forcefully control it)
So apart from future sight powerup in wci none of his powerup can be considered bad writing

1. Luffy is a prodigy, so he respectively achieves massive heights. In just over two years he goes from not knowing about Haki to surpassing Hyogoro, fellow conquerors Chinjao and Doflamingo within the same arc, and fellow prodigious conqueror Katakuri with his own specialty. With Robin we're talking about a pirate with twenty years of experience training with high level fighters in just the basic application of ONE color.
2. Haki probably blooms while you're getting your ass beat in the biggest fight of your life, right? We have the scans now so we can see that's exactly what happened. Usopp taps CoO without trying, god forbid Robin has an ougi after all this time.
3. Robin has a high IQ. We would have no idea how long she really had to figure out CoA but we do know it would be much more time than Luffy used to figure out Gear Second, Third, Future sight, or advanced CoC. "Mastered" is a stretch because she didn't pull it out until it was do or die. You might as well complain about Zoro's Haki in Alabasta tbh.
Btw, we're never told that "full body" is any sort of advanced application. It's pretty much just a last ditch effort. As soon as Luffy pulled out Gear 4, a similar concept, Law mentioned how he was using too much. Similar to how Maria straight up comments on Robin trying to do the same thing. Maybe you don't like the writing and that's fair, but it's not bad due to inconsistency.

If you really in your mind want to compare with our current law and reality..Anyone can't like nami because she's a burglar/thief, can't like brook because his words(asking to look for panties) is a sexual harassment, can't like Luffy cause he has physically abuse a kid and a girl(momonosuke and vivi).. Can't like franky cause he likes to be pervert, Can't like usopp cause he's a liar and always bluffing and sometimes a scammer. Can't like robin cause she's been associated with criminal groups(baroque ) and not being held responsible for her involvement..🙄(To those who talk about sanji can't be your favourite)

Luffy has have the most fights after post time skip out of all the aliance in the rooftop, it is obvious he would have the biggest haki bloom since most of his fights were haki base.
Hodi, fought Ceaser (logia), monet(logia), pica , fighters of colosseum, chin jao(coc), doflamingo (coc + awakening), cracker(powerful coa), katakuri (coc + awakening + future sight)
He has consistently fought stronger opponents in a short amount of time.
