Jack is big fucking question mark. Let's just make the assumption:
Beast Pirates Executives = Strawhats
Everyone else = Everyone else
Apoo and Hawkins aren't Executives. Peros and Fukurokuju work for Big Mom and Orochi respectively. That means the only matchup breaking this rule right now is Inu vs Jack. Technically Yamato vs Kaido too but in that case there are pretty decent reasons to believe she's going to be a strawhat, so it works for the time being.
The biggest question I have right now is if Jack beats Inu, then who does he fight? If we follow this "rule", then it could mean one or several Strawhats take him on. Right now, Usopp, Chopper, Brook, Nami, Jinbe, and Franky are all theoretically "available" for that fight as it stands. Yamato could "eventually" be sent down from the roof by Luffy, prompting her to fight Jack. Jack "may" head back to the performance floor with Queen and King if he wins, prompting characters lime Chopper or Franky to be involved.
Things like that, but I really wonder what's happening there. Unless of course, Inu just wins....
if zoro after this fights kaido sanji will too. no need of parallels there. Zoro will most likely behead kaido but when it comes to fighting, either luffy 1v1 or luffy along with yamato and anyone who joins vs kaido or Monster Trio vs kaido.
No, that makes absolutely 0 sense. Bounties are portrayal. If Oda wanted them to be comparable, then he'd make their bounties comparable. Cracker is not an opponent with a Billion Berry bounty. They do not have the same portrayal.
Hell, Cracker was introduced as an opponent for Luffy to defeat within 5 chapters with a fight that took less time on page than Jinbei vs Who's Who, while Jack came as a formidable "wall" that the armies of Zou could not break down river 5 days.
And secondly "Third Yonko Commander" does not exist. It is pure fanmade nonsense.
