Current Sanji’s skin is undamaged from an attack from a Hybrid Queen and instead breaks his sword. Whilst Yonji was broken by base WCI Sanji. Its fucking dishonest to say theyre equal in durablility as of now.

I never said he got 100% healed, Zoro was able to heal enough to gain enough mobility to fight YC1 commander on par. And the medicine is clearly said to have regenerative effects, its not just stopping pain, it also mended/regenerated Zoro's broken bones.
