In my opinion he did great as well. I’ve just been waiting for one of his badass moments for I while. And I think this is the perfect moment. Luffy is gonna be down after his fight with kaido and zoro will have the after effects of the drug. Sanji on the other hand will be in perfect conditions after 30 minutes no matter the damage he takes now thanks to his super recovery. So he is gonna shine during the raid and after the raid.

I actually have a theory why Sanji is running away.
Oda want to move the fights from the live floor.
but since queen can’t push sanji around like King did with Zoro he makes sanji run away.
