Big Mom 11.25-11.75 (Don't remember too much about BM feats but my general assumption is that she is weaker but at least comparable to Kaido)
Luffy - 10.5 (I know he sky split w/ Kaido but we're talking about weakened Kaido and I expect Luffy to still struggle mightily here)
Zoro - 9.5 (I'm going to assume ACoC will put him clearly above King but not sure by how much)
King - 9 (Again this is assuming ACoC will put him down convincingly but he could theoretically either be even more below Zoro or still above/on par...won't know till we see the end of the fight)
Kid/Law - 9.25 - 9.75 (I know the math doesn't reall add if they beat big mom b/c technically if you combine them it would be significantly higher than Big Mom but I'm just gonna say it's not linear because they're 2 different people with different abilities) - I also don't know how they scale relative to Zoro so I'm just gonna assume they're either slightly below or slightly above...not sure how awakening scales to ACoC
Sanji - 8.5 (If King gets dogwalked by Zoro then I'll have to reconsider this but I try to keep the M3 gaps pretty similar)
Queen - 7-7.5
Jack - 5
