Yeah it's weird. Like not even Drake/Apoo held off those 2 masked members and there is a 3rd one just chilling here too. Between them and Linlin's crew, not sure what the endgame is here for Oda. Especially because beyond this there is Orochi, Fuku, Apoo/3 Numbers, Yamato/Kazenbo/Momo plotwork that needs to be capped off too, not including the Yonko.

Then there is just the sheer fact that every strawhat save for Usopp, Zoro and Sanji haven't really been accounted for in some time.

There's no consensus, as Buggy called a old Whitebeard the world strongest pirate (so not BS on creature > man). Never saw anyone other than Mihawk being called the WSS though

Impressive AP is impressive AP. The fact that Sanji did it to a YC2 level fighter makes it even better.

Just because he eventually won't defeat him it doesn't automatically mean he is weaker than Luffy and Luffy is only defeating a more warned off Kaido than he is, plus Zoro is strongly paralleled with Ryuma, former World's Strongest

When he loses to Luffy 1vs1 the whole world will see him as weaker than Luffy.
Luffy is more fatigued than Kaido anyway according to Yamato in the JP raw.

Zoro having Ryuma parallels is one thing, him beating a YC1 is his actual current level.
Ryuma lived in a different era to others, and is far less consequential to the story to Joyboy or Roger, or Garp or Dragon all of which the MC is directly tied to by lineage or inherited will.

Luffy is not beating a Yonko in a 1v1 from the very beginning. A lot of people byave helped. Even then it may not be enough. ZKK is still alive.

Not all YC1/YCRM are on the same level. King would have beat rooftop Luffy.
