Luffy half dodged Thunder Bagua on 1001. If wasn't for that he would be out. Zoro and Law tanked and were still conscious. Even Broken Bones Post Asura Zoro.

He already recovered the haki from G4 when he got knocked out so no excuses.

Iirc after they went to Ringo, Nami literally just says Oohh I'm so tired, let's go relax in those baths in the main capital lmaooo
