Kaido's flashback doesn't even need to long, at least have it be two or three chapters not four pages.

Imagine how many people would regard Kaido's flashback as the best of all time if it revealed Xebec's face to us too. I was really thinking that was one of the few things it could toss out at us. The most it did is imply Xebec had a straw hat.

it's because Rocks is an extremely important part of Kaido's life imo but Oda wants to keep Rocks reveal for later. I think we'll have a pretty long flashback about that period at some point, but idk when.

Zoro is declared the strongest in Wano

imo Kaido's flaming bagua is supposed to be a reference to acala. A lot of the imagery around Acala shows him surrounded by flames, just as Kaido in his final form.
