Maybe Kaido needs to be unconscious to die. Meaning Kaido never was unconscious and couldn‘t die.

Misconception. Kaidou is not dying by lava or magma whatever it is.

Yeah, they’re getting orders directly from the gorosei which was why they told the orders to bowler hat and the others because they’re not there to complete the orders themselves. Plus last we saw them they were in a very nice room

I'd say to ZKKers, your last chance would definitely be Kaido emerging from the ground/Fuji at some point but that also depends on Zoro. Could be entirely related to Luffy too.

Won't say it's impossible though, we are at this point and he won his fight, so let's see if some of you are right.
