Lerkan don't embarass yourself, the citizens don't even know who Luffy is. They are mistaking him for the old Joyboy hence why they said they thought he had "left Wano":suresure:

Prime Joyboy and prime Ryuma low diff the man that shares the same title as Kid and Law and who ran away against Wakainu.:kuzanshut:
They know who beat the dragon Lari.

-Ryuma beat the dragon and saved Wano.

-Luffy Joy boy did same. Saved Wano by beating the dragon. (Not Lolo)

You can breath ZKK copium and delete your posts all you want. :suresure:

Lakainu is also scared of Wano still what were you wankers were saying?

Too much Ls for ZKK copium breathers and Lakainu fanboys :steef:

Same sentence he equates 4-5 years as 20-30 volumes left. The year equation is complete BS because that would mean 5-6 volumes a year. One Piece barely gets 3 out a year. So if he's equating 20-30 volumes to years, it's actually 7-10.
Hmm I wonder whether it's the amount of years of the amount of volume which we should be taking seriously.
Anyway I would hope we've got AT LEAST 200 chapters ahead of ourselves and that Oda doesn't waste as much time in secondary characters ...

I mean thnk you for posting that panel, it proves my point even further: It was just bs. Especially that he just walked away afterwards.
He literally opens a hole in his chest. Bro aiming for the heart and you think that proves your point and he doesn't walk away he is interrupted by fodder. It's clearly stated in the manga that this happens inmediately after akainu throws the punch. As soon as shirohige eats the fodder attack he comes to his sense and then akainu lost the oportunity. Not bad consistency, just bad comprehension

Years doesn't make sense. It's an arbitrary measure of time that the author can't just use as a measurement tool. This is why he said we'd be in Wano in 2017 and then it took him a year and half to actually get there.

Actual volume estimation is a better measurement, because that tells us that if One Piece has about 20-30 volumes left, then it also shows that the author still has plans for multiple arcs and also has a "rough" idea about how much content he intends to still produce.

You said it was rushed. I'm saying it's not....because it's not. It took 4 chapters.

Now the conversation shifted from "rushed" to it being "anticlimactic". This is a YOU problem. Other things happened in all of those chapters. And no, only 2 chapters (1047/1048) ended with Kaido and Luffy clashing.

Again, a YOU problem. YOU guys didn't want to believe it was ending, so YOU guys came up with excuses to not believe in it ending. Then when it ended, YOU guys were disappointed and claim it's anticlimatic.

Stick to the argument bro. We are talking about rushing in an arc that is not yet over. We don't even know if or even how Oda can leave Wano in 16 more pages, if that's even happening. Maybe revisit this thought process next week, or maybe wait until you see the crew leave before you say things like "Kiku didn't react to Izou's death" even though you have no idea if she'll say something next chapter or the following or the following about it.

You just don't understand it.

Being rushed from a writing perspective has nothing to do with how many total chapters it took.

It's all about:

1) Does the ending feel like a satisfying conclusion at this point?
2) Are there still open plot-points that need to get resolved first?
3) Does the ending/aftermath-pacing fit the rest of the pacing this arc?

Storywriting failed in every single one of those points.

But it's always easy to say "it's a you-problem" when cognitive dissonance kicks in.

The funny thing is Bleach is the exact opposite of One Piece, where Kubo basically shafted Ichigo in the last arc in favour of characters like Mayuri, Zaraki, Toshiro
Like fuck Mayuri got like 3 battles in the TYBW arc alone, 1 of them last like 10 chapters
Whearas Ichigo fought the Femritter for like 2 chapters, and Ywach of all people for like 3 chapters, and that's it. :tchpepe:
Bleach doesn't have a main character

Re-read the pages and then come back again ... and really, "some fodder interrupts him" wouldn't even be a valid reason to walk away from WB even if it happened lmao.

No need to be so mad bc I just explained to you how poor some of the writing in MF is.
