Law and kid have the same bounty as luffy a yonko tho. They each got equal credit for taking down kaido and linlin according to the world government

Like if we assume that was exactly what happened and the 3 were somehow equal in strength

Luffy still has

1. A way stronger crew than either
2. A way stronger fleet than either
3. Way more influence than either
4. More territories than them
5. A lot more past accomplishments coming into wano with the highest bounty
6. And alot more

Yet they still got equal credit for taking down kaido and linlin
Same thing in dressrosa where luffy and law again shared equal credit and got the same bounty. Also in both cases luffy's crew got a base bounty increase do to luffy's accomplishments not the other way around

Having additional resources definitely helps though. That's why pre-skip Luffy, Kid, and Law were having bounties comparable to post-skip Zoro and Sanji despite the fact that the post-skip Wings are strong enough solo all 3 crews combined. Bounties are ultimately a matter of how the WG pursues you. We know for a fact that they're actively trying to minimize Luffy's presence, which is why they low-balled Luffy's bounty and shared it with Law and Kid instead, so it's a bad example to use.

How does it lose impact? He is like one of the strongest fishmen if not the strongest and is their leader. He has all the traits of a conqueror and the anime has hinted it as well. You jumping down on Jinbei is funny because he has great feats pre timeskip itself. Nami, Chopper are fodders. They didn't do shit to Big Mom. Jimbei defied Big Mom infront of everybody, knocked her out of the ship and in Wano droped her down like she is a fodder. Jimbei deserves it if Croc gets 1.9, Croc hasnt even shown basic haki.

I'm not trying to downplay Jimbei dude, I recognized his strength but he doesn't have adv CoC.
As for Croc I already said his bounty is too high as well.
Oda just inflated a lot of bounties out of nowhere imo

Franky's bounty is also pretty decent tbh. 400m isn't bad and kinda accurately reflects his strength without overating him way too much. It also reflects well on Luffy that his lowest officers all now have bounties that rival and exceed some the supernova's that have fallen off the pk title race like Hawkins, Bege and Apoo.
