First chapter in a while that gave me pre-TS vibes.

Since the TS, Oda was focused on building the fight vs Kaido; I feel like he locked himself in early on and the final result was trash.

Hopefully now he's a bit more free to take the story where he needs it to go. And doesn't commit to 100+ chapter arcs with terrible pacing.

the crew still had a pretty decent amount of screentime in PH even if most didn't get fights (because it wasn't a battle arc) despite it being Law centric
Problem was always the 14541 new side characters bloating the arcs
I really enjoyed the chapter
but i dread oda repeating the same mistakes when they actually land on the island
