And even if BB does tag him through some type of witchcraft, Luffy still has 3 very advanced types of Haki and physical strength along with incredible speed and reaction speed plus a lot of intelligence when it comes to fighting.

The thing is, if BB is aiming for Law's fruit, it's for the perennial youth surgery. So if the tenth Titanic captain or anyone from his crew gets it, they are gonna be sacrifices for the surgery. So I don't think he will take Law's fruit. Cause I don't see any of the Titanic captains dying before facing the strawhats.
