Blackbeard doesn't have many speed feats currently. Also Haki negates awakenings, shown on the Roof Top battle.

Haki didn't negate awakening. On rooftop they never used it. It's simply the basic abilities that they couldn't use on them, but they could easily use their awakening on Big Mom bypassing her haki, at the cost of stamina.

Law says that a strong Haki can nullify Akuma no Mi's powers. He says too that he learned a lot from the battle against Kaidou and Big Mom.

Glad we getting verification on haki nullifying devil fruits being a general thing. Guess it'd apply to powers like Sugar's as well. Most info pointed to yes but just glad we're getting a statement regarding powers in general.
